Objective: Managed workflow for high-performing digital design team including five designers and two copy writers. Brand was undergoing a major redesign for its industry leading DemandWare e-Commerce website as well as assuring all business as usual work streams were not impacted by the redesign.

Documented existing workflow and re-tooled for better efficiency. Brought digital creative turn-around time down from 8 weeks to 5. Documented Ways of Working for the team and presented to all stakeholders.
